How NAMI Georgia communicates with you

Communication is Key to a Successful Partnership! NAMI Georgia is Working on Improving Communication with its Affiliates and Members.

As a NAMI advocate, you need to stay abreast of the latest information and resources of NAMI Georgia that impact you.  There are several methods by which NAMI Georgia will communicate with you:

Website: www.namiga.org

Monthly Newsletter: Use the ‘Subscribe to Newsletter‘ form in the left sidebar to sign up for a monthly NAMI Georgia E-newsletter and occasional correspondence around critical advocacy issues or events related to mental health awareness, treatment, and stigma-busting campaigns.

Facebook/Twitter: Use the ‘Follow NAMI Georgia‘ links in the left sidebar to see NAMI Georgia on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Monthly Affiliate Development Conference Call: All affiliate leaders are invited to join the call and get the latest information and news critical to growing a successful NAMI organization.  Contact the affiliate relations coordinator at affiliate@namiga.org to get the next call date.

Program Leader Monthly Emails: Information of interest to teachers/mentors/facilitators of NAMI programs.

Program Leader Conference Calls: Teleconference calls for program leaders as scheduled.

Board of Directors: All committee meetings and meetings of the full board of directors are open to the public.

Public Events Calendars: Calendars of Events, Classes, and Support Groups can be viewed on the NAMI Georgia website.

Website Update Forms: Forms on the website where you can report information about your affiliate and its events that we can post on the NAMI Georgia website.
