The Georgia Mental Health Consumer Network, an independent (non-NAMI), consumer-led organization, offers vital services and supports for persons in recovery, including Peer Support, Wellness & Respite CentersWellness Recovery Action Plan training, Peer Mentoring, and, in collaboration with the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, statewide Certified Peer Support Specialist training and certification.

The Peer2Peer Warm Line provides Georgians the opportunity to receive peer support over the phone 24 hours a day.

GMHCN is a non-profit corporation created by consumers of state services for mental health, developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases. With more than 4000 membersGMHCN is formed around the premise that support from peers is essential to the recovery process.
